How NextPour Works

Getting Started takes just a few mintues

STEP 1

Create Your Account

Business Info

Tell us about your business and where you want your leads sent. Nothing you won’t know off the top of your head.

Lead Preferences

Choose the types of leads you want, the areas you serve, and your budget or volume preferences. You can change these settings anytime.

Fund Your Wallet

Start with as little as $100 to test the waters, or add more if you want to try a few leads and qualify for discounted pricing. Lead charges come out of your wallet balance as they’re delivered.

You can reload your wallet manually or turn on auto-reload if you want to keep it funded automatically.

No setup fees. No long-term contracts.

Once you submit your account, we’ll review it before lead delivery starts. In most cases, that takes about 3–5 business days, and sometimes sooner.

STEP 2

Start Receiving Leads

Once your account is approved, leads can start coming in right away.

We deliver leads in real time based on your service area, lead preferences, and account settings. You’ll get notified by email, and every lead will also appear in your dashboard.

Each lead includes the key details you need to follow up, including the homeowner’s contact information, project type, property type, approximate size, timeline, project details, and any photos or files they upload.

Leads are delivered automatically as they come in and may be shared with up to two other contractors, for a maximum of three contractors total.

If something clearly invalid slips through, you can dispute it right from your dashboard with just a few clicks

Other FAQs

Do I need to be licensed and insured?

You’re responsible for maintaining any licenses, insurance, bonding, registrations, or other requirements that apply where you operate. By using NextPour, you’re representing that your business is compliant with those requirements.

If we discover that an account is operating without required licenses, insurance, or other applicable requirements, the account may be suspended or terminated.

Can other people at my company access the account or receive leads?

Yes. You can add additional email addresses for lead notifications, and authorized people from your company may access your dashboard.

At this time, NextPour does not offer separate user profiles or permission levels, so you’re responsible for controlling access to your account.

How much control do I have over the leads I receive?

A lot.

You can control your service area, the types of properties you work on, the types of concrete work you want, whether you want new, replacement, or repair projects, and your lead volume or budget preferences.

You can change these settings anytime.

Do I get to review a lead before I’m charged?

No.

Leads that match your active service area, project preferences, and account settings are delivered automatically in real time. The applicable lead price is deducted from your wallet when the lead is delivered.

Is there a monthly fee or minimum monthly spend?

No.

There are no monthly fees, monthly minimums, or long-term contracts.

You fund your wallet and pay for leads as they’re delivered.

What happens to the money in my wallet if I cancel?

Eligible unused cash funds remaining in your wallet can be refunded according to our Terms of Service.

Promotional, bonus, referral, or other non-cash credits do not have cash value and are not refundable.

How many leads will I receive?

You choose the maximum lead volume you’re willing to receive, but lead availability is not guaranteed.

Actual volume depends on things like your location, service area, project preferences, market demand, seasonality, and the number of matching homeowners in your market.

What happens if my wallet balance gets too low?

If your wallet does not have enough funds for the next matching lead, lead delivery may stop until you add funds.

You can reload your wallet manually or use auto-reload to help keep your account funded.

Where do NextPour leads come from?

We use a mix of online marketing and lead-generation channels to reach people looking for concrete work.

Regardless of where a lead originates, it goes through the same NextPour lead filtering and quote-request process before being matched to contractors.

Are the leads exclusive?

No. NextPour uses a limited shared-lead model.

A lead may be delivered to you and up to two other contractors, for a maximum of three contractors total. In some cases, fewer than three contractors may receive the lead.

We use this model because we believe it provides a better balance between lead cost and competition.

What makes a lead valid?

A valid lead is a legitimate project request from a real person with working contact information that matches the service area and project preferences active on your account when the lead is delivered.

A valid lead does not mean the homeowner is guaranteed to answer, schedule an estimate, hire you, or move forward with the project.

What if I can’t get in touch with the homeowner?

A homeowner not answering does not automatically make the lead invalid.

If the phone number and contact information are legitimate, the lead may still be valid even if you do not immediately reach the homeowner.

We recommend following up quickly and making more than one reasonable attempt to reach new leads.

How do lead disputes work?

Open the lead in your dashboard, select Dispute, choose the reason, and submit the dispute within 10 days of delivery.

We generally review disputes within 2–3 business days or less.

If the lead qualifies under our Refund & Credit Policy, the lead charge will be credited back to your NextPour wallet.

Can I pause, restart, or cancel anytime?

Yes.

You can pause lead delivery, restart when you’re ready, change your preferences, adjust your territory, and increase or decrease your lead volume.

There is no cancellation fee or long-term commitment.

What is NextPour’s role after I receive a lead?

NextPour connects you with the prospective customer.

From there, your business is responsible for contacting the homeowner, providing estimates, entering into any agreement, performing the work, collecting payment, and complying with applicable laws and business requirements.

NextPour is not a party to the agreement between you and the homeowner.
